Hi Tom, All,

So, others should comment, but I think a message might be that the base cost has gone up by XXX (partly due to COVID) but the uncertainty on cost and schedule has gone down since the FDR.  The changes to the risks have been pretty minor and the maturity scores (uncertainties) have improved.

One could compare the summary table from docDB  876 with the current version (very fresh, but includes everything) which I’m attaching though it hasn’t really been vetted yet.  But this message generally holds across all the systems with the possible exception of the LAr BE electronics and Trigger L0 Calo out in the tail (90% CL).

Ok, thanks.  So, looking at this, I'm assuming the only thing we really want to show is the 70 and 90% points, as we did before.  So for muons:

Will we be getting a float simulation, as before, too?

Also, what kind of questions should we be prepared to answer based on the above simulation?  I mean, it says how our costs might end up now with covid, but I'm not sure what I should be saying about it.

Thanks,

Tom

Hello all,

There are a few mistakes in the historical numbers in the file George
sent.  (90% costs are base costs.)  Use this one instead.

Best,

Gustaaf
