Hello all,

Thanks for filing (most) variance reports on time.  This progress is much 
appreciated.  A few comments:

-6.4.2: “to both” is probably a copy-paste leftover and should probably be 
removed

-6.5: "is due to delayed invoicing of production PCB lot.” => does that mean 
things aren’t accrued properly?  (Also, 6.5.3 schedule variance is small, so 
maybe not actually worth talking about here?)
-6.5.3: "The invoices for manufacturing have not yet appeared” => but have 
things been delivered?  I guess since there is a positive cost variance.  If 
so, this is a mistake in accruals…

-6.6 is good
-6.6.3: I’ll reiterate that on the TDC front, any statement like “will start 
in the next few months” has lost all credibility - hasn’t this been going on 
for almost a year now?  How likely is it this will actually happen in the 
next few months?
-6.6.5: only 7 months of remaining float?  Does that include the LS3 delay?

-6.8, 6.8.2 and 6.8.4 are missing
