Yes, I think that is fine.

You are right that we should declare the downselect is completed.
I can’t find an official date for the decision (reading through PL’s reports to Group Reps). Maybe it is in the LAr SG minutes, or Phase-II SG minutes. In any case, I assume it is settled in the Oct LAr week, hence 10/5/2018.
Hong.

Thanks Hong. A reminder to all other L3 to complete this
before Tues. Make sure also to check the previous 100% tasks
on the list; hopefully they are all correct, in which case
for those you should just copy 100% into the "current % complete"
column. Let me know when you are done.
Hong, I note you left "Milestone: ATLAS LAr Frontend Analog Down Select"
at 0%. Don't you think you should say this is complete?

John

The reports are at L2. The CAMs can filter for their name in column C
and the ICs can filter for their institute in column D. The previous
status is available in column J - “Prior % complete”. In some cases
activity IDs have been changed so we had to map the "Prior % complete”
to the activities. Please excuse us if there are some inconsistencies.
We hope to resolved this next month and the following months when P6 is
updated with latest status. The report contain activities for many
months and therefore they are fairly large. We kept the 100% completed
activities for you to review.
Please provide status in columns K, L, M and N. Make sure that you enter
the actual start date for all started activities and finish date for all
activities that are 100% completed, this information is crucial when we
update the schedule in P6. If the activity is completed but you do not
remember the exact start and finish dates you can enter your best
estimate or copy the dates from columns H and I. All activities that
have been completed/started between December 1, 2018 and March 31, 2019
need to be statussed. In actual start/finish dates do NOT enter dates
after March 31, 2019, this confuses the system.
Please complete the status reports by Tuesday, April 2.
We expect that the L2 managers and deputies will notify us (Penka,
Heidi, Carrie) as soon as the status for their system is complete.
Let us know if you have any questions, and also any comments to make the
process smoother and more user-friendly.
Thank you for your cooperation.
