Hi all,

	As we discussed, I have gone through the various BCPs and produced a 
table summarizing the delays for each L3. I have put this new table in 
the draft of my FEB2 "Cost&Schedule" slides, and uploaded them to 
yesterday's Indico (https://indico.bnl.gov/event/18946/).  The table is 
all I have done so far on those new slides so far, and it is on p. 7 of 
those slides; Tim and Andy should put a similar slide with a copy of the 
same table in their L3 Cost&Schedule slides.
	As additional info, here are the milestones I used to quantify the 
delays at L3, and their respective dates currently and at the start of 
the MREFC:

Current date: 24-Jun-25
MREFC start date: 9-Jan-24

BEE11060 (Milestone: BE Acceptance Test Complete)
Current date: 30-Sep-26
MREFC start date: 3-Jan-25
