Hi all,

Added my slides here: L3-6.4.1 LArFEE CostSched-v1.0.pptx (includes drill down). I’m most uncertain about slide 6 and how I distribute risk cost vs world event cost. I say all covid specific BCPs are covid, the rest are risk.

p. 29 - my look at the contingency tracking spreadsheet suggests the
World Events part is only $156k, not $266k; please check. Actually I
see now on p. 30 what the problem is, which is that EAC in 1057b ($78k)
is NOT part of World Events but instead is categorized as "Risk"

p. 31 - when showing these slides, remind the reviewers that in this
period the LHC schedule was delayed by 2 yrs and LS3 was lengthened by
0.5 yrs

p. 32 - the treatment of the discrepancy is OK. However, the "guided
drilldown" should include screenshots of the various documents (quotes,
BOE, P6 drilldown cost book) showing the exact numbers on your slide 32
(even if the numbers among the documents don't exactly all agree). So
you should add a few slides with these screenshots
