Hello all,

	Now that Revital has started working for us on LAr at CERN, I would 
like to plan for her to make a visit to the NY area early in the new 
year, in order for her to learn more about the various US HL-LHC 
deliverables and plans, etc.   I would suggest something like a 2-week 
trip.  In addition to time at Nevis to learn about the FEB2 Prototype, 
we could also take her to visit SBU and BNL; for example, perhaps a 
2-day trip out there, with a 1-night stay in a local hotel.  That would 
give her a chance to learn more about the v2 SRTM and associated f/w, 
and also the status and planning of the FEC test at BNL.
	I am thinking of her visit happening sometime in the 4-week period from 
Jan. 8 through Feb. 2. To work toward finalizing the schedule, I am 
writing now to ask people if they have particular schedule constraints 
that we should try integrate into this planning. Let me know.
