                I think she can.  In addition, changing a date will be easier than getting a new approval.

Yes this is a good point.  She is, in fact, NOT a US citizen, so we
should  try finalize the schedule soon.  Is it possible to immediately
start the BNL registration and just give a timeframe (eg. 2-3 weeks), or
do we need to have exact dates before anything can start?
