Hi John P,
My hardest constraint is Wed 9 - 11 (teaching followed by group meeting).
There are certainly other things, especially in the mornings, but I can move most of them for a one-time visit. Some of the meetings are upgrade related, so you and Revital could sit in if they happen.

Yes this is a good point. She is, in fact, NOT a US citizen, so we
should try finalize the schedule soon. Is it possible to immediately
start the BNL registration and just give a timeframe (eg. 2-3 weeks), or
do we need to have exact dates before anything can start?

We’d welcome her to visit BNL. The FELIX PDR will be held end of January, but the date is not decided yet. Otherwise there’s no constraints.
