Hmm. I did not realize that people were compiling using the server. That does
not seem to be very efficient.
I just tried again and failed, so I give up.
I have fleshed out the silicon tracking simulations section and updated the
figures. I will try again to check it in tomorrow.

I am done with the major edition. From now on the edition will be minor,
so I don't need to compile too often.
