                I filled the status sheet.

                I noticed that most of the columns for Estimated Start and Finish (Column Y and Z) are filled with some dates which are a few months later than column I and J.            Do you know who actually filled them?

                For tasks that were scheduled to start but haven’t started, I did not do anything.

Dear All,

The status sheets for the month of April are now available in google docs

    * 6.01 -

    * 6.03 -

Please remember to update the status online – DO NOT download the files.

The reports are at L2. The CAMs can filter for their name in column D

and the ICs can filter for their institute in column E.  The reports

contain activities for April-December 2019 in case some activities have

started earlier.

Please provide status in columns L, M, N, and O. Make sure that you

enter the actual start date for all started activities and finish date

for all activities that are 100% completed, this information is crucial

when we update the schedule in P6. If the activity is completed but you

do not remember the exact start and finish dates you can enter your best

estimate or copy the dates from the baseline start and finish dates (BL

Project Start/BL Project Finish). In actual start/finish dates do NOT

enter dates after April 30, 2019, this confuses the system.

In addition schedule reports with Gantt charts have been generated and

posted in docdb 734.

Please complete the status reports by Monday, May 6.

We expect that the L2 managers and deputies will notify us (Penka,

Heidi, Carrie) as soon as the status for their system is complete.

Let us know if you have any questions, and also any comments to make the

process smoother and more user-friendly.
