U.S. ATLAS HL-LHC Upgrade LAr Level 2 and Level 3 Managers Mailing List

I don't know what Cols. Y and Z are for, but they are only for
the PO I think.  The "active" columns for us to fill out
are only L, M, N, O.

You have to put something for ANY task that was scheduled
to start, and for any task that has actually started (even
if it is ahead of schedule).  If a task was scheduled to
start but has not started, put
0% complete and then new Expected Finish date.
