I would still suggest an asterisk that says something like "Very close but not identical to cost at MREFC start on 4/1/2020."

It’s in the table!

OK, that is fine, but it should be made very clear since otherwise the
"answer" will only generate more questions.

Of course. These are not the baseline numbers. The request is to put
“original” base and contingency calculation next to “current”. We have no
contingency simulation for the baseline numbers.

Same for LAr. I showed in my L2 talk a baseline cost of 19.22M, which
includes up to BCP 1027.

For the table in q3, the numbers you have as original are the "FDR" numbers,
not the baseline. Is that what you want? There will be some consistency issues - at
least for muons. Our baseline starts at BCP 1028.

I have answered question 3. I think Penka was going to work on #1
after Alexei asked his question. #2 is for Chris and I think
between you and Hal you should be able to answer #4. Hal has slides
on this from the FDR.

Hi Gustaaf,____

I can put together something on subaward management.____

__ __

Do you have the original breakdown for 3? I have that based on the
official breakdown as in our original award (I also put the
breakdown for 1057 that I used in one of my slides), so could also
do that if it helps.____

__ __

Maybe Hal could take what we get from the L2s and flesh out the
last point on system engineering and interface management? I will
make the subaward management slide.____

__ __

Can ask about the schedule distributions – one thought is that we
posted Chris’ talk in the management breakout section … maybe they
looked there and found something?____

Hi Mike,____

I can produce the table for item #3 easily. I’m not sure what #2
means - I don’t think we showed them graphs for MC schedule
distributions, so maybe you can ask them what they mean by that? But
I guess Chris can put a few of the PRA output graphs on a few
slides?____

Hi Mike-____

We have just a handful of questions:____

* We would like to see a high-level (say Levels 1 and 2)
milestone-based comparison ofthe original and revised
schedules.____
* We saw graphs of the schedule distributions from Monte
Carlo runs; we would like to see similar graphs for cost____
* We would like to see a table with four columns - original
base and contingency and revised base and contingency.
Rows should be at the the L2 level of detail.____
* Please prepare a few slides to address Question K, "Is____
* the project adhering to best practices in systems
engineering, interface management, and subaward
management?:____

This should not sum up to more than a few slides.____

The expectation is that Management, Cost & Schedule will not
meet tomorrow, and instead people will join the various
technical subcommittees. If this is a problem, let me know and
we can adjust.____
