For LAr looks OK, and the 3 milestones I showed are indeed reproduced in
the xls.  You should delete the last 2 rows (XCD4001 and XCD4004), since
these were introduced by the PO to try characterize the "endgame" (and
alignment with DOE CD4, ...) but are messed up.
